Yartsev schoolchildren got acquainted with the profession of a doctor

A career-oriented event for future graduates was held in the city of Yartsevo, in which representatives of the Smolensk State Medical University took part. The delegation included the Dean of the Pediatric Faculty, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Denis Sosin, as well as sixth-year students Anna Filippenkova and Elizaveta Levchenko.

During the meeting, high school students were told about the specifics of training in SSMU, available areas of training and the rules for admission to the university. Particular attention was paid to issues of further professional development and the possibility of continuing studies in residency.

The event was organized in the format of an open dialogue, inviting parents to participate. They were able to discuss with representatives of the university the educational process and the prospects that are open to future doctors.
