Ugra residents can take part in the All-Russian municipal award “Service”

Applications for the IV All-Russian Municipal Award “Service” have been opened. You can apply until November 29, 2026 through a personal account on the portal Municipality.rf.

The award is held within the framework of the forum “Small Motherland – Power of Russia” and will now become annual – this decision was fixed by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation. The main goal of the initiative is to support the municipal level of government, which remains the closest to the people.

This year, the award includes 9 nominations, including a new one – Digital Municipality – Technologies for People. Heads of municipalities, deputies, municipal employees, representatives of TOS, village elders and other representatives of the municipal community can participate.

According to Sergey Kiriyenko, First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation, interest in the award is steadily growing: last season the number of applications increased by one and a half times, and 1.6 million people took part in the voting.

VARMSU Co-Chairwoman Irina Guseva stressed that the award is designed to encourage sincere and dedicated work of municipal employees. Last season, 34% of participants reapplyed, a sign that municipalities are returning with new solutions.

The awarding of the winners will be held in April 2027 at the forum “Small Motherland – Power of Russia”.
