Yuri Burlachko praised the training of cadets in Krasnodar

Yuri Burlachko visited the Krasnodar Presidential Cadet School and assessed the level of training of pupils. More than 900 people study in the school, including children of SVO participants.

The event was also attended by the Chairman of the ZSK Committee on Military Affairs, Public Security, Education of Pre-Conscription Youth and Cossack Affairs Yevgeny Shendrik.

The head of the school Gennady Barkovsky told the guests that the educational institution was established in 2012. As of September 1, more than 900 pupils of grades 5-11, including children from families of participants in a special military operation, study here.

Barkovsky stressed that the main tasks of the school are quality general education, intellectual and physical development of pupils, the formation of civic responsibility, patriotism, discipline, moral guidelines and readiness to serve the Fatherland. He also noted that the educational process is provided by a highly professional pedagogical team, and study is based on programs of basic and secondary general education, cadet education, additional classes and extracurricular activities.

The school is located on the territory of the former Krasnodar Higher Military Missile School, which, according to the leadership, emphasizes the continuity of military traditions and the importance of patriotic education of cadets.

During the visit, the parliamentarians walked along the Alley of Heroes of the Soviet Union and the Russian Federation, inspected the sleeping buildings, dining room, sports and recreation complex with a swimming pool, ice palace, sports grounds and halls for boxing, sambo, hand-to-hand combat and mini-football.

In the educational building, they got acquainted with classes in ship and aircraft modeling, military, flight and auto training. Special attention was paid to the training complex of unmanned aerial vehicles. The guests also visited the museum of the school, which is used for military-patriotic education and career guidance work.

Yuri Burlachko, following the visit, called the school “a forge of personnel for our state.” All conditions for training have been created here, and the children are forming the foundation of the future officer corps and civil service.

The speaker of ZSK separately noted the training on working with UAVs, aeronautical modeling and autotraining. He added that the cadets “wasting no time, gaining knowledge, consciously preparing to defend the Motherland.”.

Burlachko also promised that the Kuban Parliament will continue to provide comprehensive support to such educational institutions. In conclusion, he wished the leadership and teachers success, and the pupils - new achievements in their studies and service, and also invited the children on an excursion to the Legislative Assembly.

Earlier, we wrote that the children of the participants of the SVO will receive new educational benefits in the Krasnodar Territory.
