Yuri Slyusar called the reason for the lack of heat in some MKD Rostov

In Rostov-on-Don, the heating season started on October 15, but three weeks later, the heat did not appear in all houses. Residents of a number of streets (Dolomanovsky, 70; Zhmaylov, 9; Izvilistoy, 1/38; Vavilov, 2, 4, 6; Automobile, 29; Lenin, 84; Kashirskaya, 18/2) complained about cold batteries - they massively appealed to the governor of the Rostov region Yuri Slyusar via social networks.

At the same time, Rostov Heat Networks claim that it has connected 99.9% of apartment buildings to the resource. According to the governor, the cause of disruptions may be in accidents on intra-house networks - and this is the area of responsibility of management companies. Therefore, residents are advised to contact their CC first.

In addition, the governor drew attention to the issue of charges for heating: management companies must adjust bills so that residents do not pay for unpaid or incomplete services.
