South Urals explained where the payments for overhaul disappear

Residents of the Chelyabinsk region sometimes find debts in receipts for overhaul, although the money has already been transferred. The regional operator explained why this happens and when to pay.

Most often, it is not the lost money, but the timing of payment processing. The contribution for capital repairs must be transferred before the 15th day of the month following the estimated one. For September, for example, it is necessary to pay until October 15, for October - until November 15.

If the money came later, they will still be credited to the personal account. Only in the nearest receipt payment may not be reflected, and the owner will see an amount similar to the debt.

As specified in the regional operator of the overhaul of the Chelyabinsk region, the funds pass through different organizations: the system “City”, Russian Post, Sberbank and other payment services. Transferring information between them takes time. At the same time, more than 840 thousand personal accounts are served in the region.

The owners of premises in apartment buildings are obliged to pay contributions, regardless of where the money is collected - to the account of the reg operator or a special account of the house. When changing the owner of the apartment, the debt for capital repair goes to the buyer.
