The Terbunsky district court sentenced a 60-year-old local resident to a fine of 120 thousand rubles and banned him from engaging in activities related to transport management for two years. His car VAZ-21063 confiscated in favor of the state.
As reported by the joint press service of the judicial system of the Lipetsk region, in June 2026, the man, being drunk and not having the right to drive, sat behind the wheel. After stopping, he refused to undergo a medical examination.
Earlier, the man was already punished for a similar offense: in October 2025, he was fined and deprived of his driver’s license for a year and a half.
