The State Labor Inspectorate in the Murmansk region fined an organization working in the field of water supply and sanitation for violations of labor protection requirements. In particular, the company used outdated standards for the issuance of personal protective equipment (PPE), and information about the training of some employees was not entered in the federal register of the Ministry of Labor. This was reported in the regional State Labor Inspectorate.
Violations were identified during an unscheduled field inspection. The inspector found that the local document governing the issuance of personal protective equipment had been developed on the basis of outdated model standards rather than existing uniform model standards. This does not meet the requirements of labor law.
In addition, the company issued protocols for testing knowledge on labor protection for a number of employees, but did not make information about their training in the federal register of trained persons.
The organization was found guilty of violating state regulatory requirements for labor protection under Article 5.27.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. She was given an administrative fine.
The representative of the enterprise said that violations are eliminated: information on the verification of employee knowledge was entered into the federal register, and new rules for the issuance of PPE are being developed and will be approved within the prescribed period.
Earlier, MK in Murmansk reported that the Murmansk employer was prosecuted for admitting an employee to work without training and means of protection.
