Deputy head Oksana Lebedeva checked problem addresses in Protvino
As part of regular monitoring of the quality of housing and communal services, Oksana Lebedeva, Deputy Head of the Serpukhov City District, together with deputies of the Council of Deputies Alexander Bulatov, Dmitry Naumov, Sergey Volkhovsky and Vladimir Barmin, as well as representatives of the territorial administration and management company, conducted a tour of addresses in the Protvino microdistrict.
The main topic of the meeting with the residents of the house No. 33 on Lenin Street was heating and hot water supply. During the dialogue, it was noted that at the moment, heat and HVS are supplied in full, and the issue with towel warmers has been successfully resolved.
However, there remain issues that require further attention. In particular, in the basements of the third and fourth entrances, a survey and sanitary treatment of insects is planned.
In addition, residents voiced proposals for the improvement of the courtyard territory. All initiatives have been taken into work and will be worked out by specialized services.
Oksana Lebedeva thanked the citizens for their active position and care for their home, noting that the practice of such rounds will continue next week.
