Zarechny first among ZATO launched online registration of permanent residence

The Governor of the Penza region Oleg Melnichenko said that Zarechny was the first among the ten closed administrative-territorial entities of the country introduced the possibility of applying for a permanent residence permit in electronic form. Previously, such a document could only be issued with a personal appeal to the MFC or the administration.

Now the owners of housing in Zarechny have the right to apply for permanent residence through the portal "State Services". In addition, citizens already registered in a closed city can apply for a residence permit for their children and close relatives. The required documents are automatically uploaded to the application, originals or certified copies are not required. The decision on the appeal is sent to the personal account of the applicant.

The governor also noted that it is planned to transfer to electronic format and apply for a pass to the closed city. This task is already being carried out by the Ministry of Digital Development of the Penza region.

According to Oleg Melnichenko, for the further development of Zarechny, young qualified specialists are needed who will live and work in the city. Together with Rosatom, conditions are being created that open up new prospects for the territory.
