In the Leninsky district of the Tula region, construction waste was found on an agricultural plot with an area of 4.6 hectares, as reported by the Rosselkhoznadzor department for the city of Moscow, Moscow and Tula regions.
The inspection was carried out in September 2026 within the framework of state land supervision. The site belongs to the administration of Tula. During the field survey it turned out that part of the land is occupied by construction waste.
There are no signs that they are going to be removed, as are signs or stencils prohibiting the dumping of waste. The territory itself is overgrown with weed grass and shrub.
The administration of Tula announced a warning about the inadmissibility of violations and proposed to take measures: remove construction waste and use the site in accordance with the category of land and the permitted type of use.
Earlier, "MK in Tula" reported that the Rosselkhoznadzor conducted a preventive visit to JSC "Poultry Factory Tula" in the Leninsky district. Representatives of the company talked about compliance with the requirements in the field of seed production and told about the current rules.
