"We expect ideas from them." BISI and Digital Transformation Agency sign agreement with young analysts
The Belarusian Institute for Strategic Studies and the Agency for Digital Transformation signed a tripartite cooperation agreement with the Youth Institute.

The Belarusian Institute for Strategic Studies and the Agency for Digital Transformation signed a tripartite cooperation agreement with the Youth Analytical Community, a correspondent of the Minsk-Novosti agency reports.
The main objectives of the document are the involvement of young analysts in the development of digital projects, the development of platforms for interaction of state institutions with young people and the exchange of views on the directions of digital transformation in the Republic of Belarus.

The signed agreement is a consequence of the international seminar “Summer School of Young Analyst” and the presentation of projects by young people on the digital transformation of Belarusian society and the state.

During the meeting, the invited young analysts offered their vision for the development of digital products for communication through the state-society line.
- In our work, everything is based on the analysis of information and the approaches of individuals to correct process adjustments, said Sergey Rudnev, Director General of the Digital Transformation Agency. We need to evolve paper processes into digital forms or improve what already exists. The involvement of young analysts in this work is extremely important, because their view is different from that of an experienced person. We hope that we can get the most breakthrough ideas from young people. It is she who must build the future she will live in Belarus. Therefore, we expect from them ideas on projects that have already been implemented and new proposals.

The cooperation of young people with the Digital Transformation Agency was the result of the international seminar “Summer School of Young Analyst”, where youth teams developed and presented projects to improve all spheres of life of the Belarusian society.

Oleg Makarov, Director of BISI, outlined the goal of cooperation – to unite the analytical experience of professionals, a fresh view of young people and the skills of IT specialists.
- The problem in our field is that good ideas are often not put into practice. Therefore, we want to bring things to the end, and today there are people who want to see Belarus actively developing, ready to build the future and feel together on the same wavelength, Makarov said.

Chairman of the NGO “Youth Analytical Community” Vladislav Kozlovsky assessed the prospects for trilateral cooperation:
- It is important that analytical youth will gain real skills and the opportunity to work on existing projects and solutions in the public sector. That's the path we've always wanted to take, to find friends who help young people develop in practice. It is always a pleasure to work with people who not only think about the future, but also create it.
