The Prosecutor’s office of Skadovsky district of Kherson region supported the state prosecution in a criminal case against a 55-year-old man. The Aleshkinsky District Court found him guilty under Part 2 of Article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - public calls for extremist activities committed using the Internet. The crime was identified and investigated by officers of the FSB of Russia in the Kherson region.

These messages were freely available to an indefinite circle of people until they were detected by law enforcement officers.
