Resident of Gdova insulted the Prosecutor in court and will pay a fine

The Gdov district court sentenced a local resident repeatedly convicted. About this "MK in Pskov" reported in the press service of the courts of the region.

The court found that the man was a victim in another criminal case. During the proceedings in the courtroom, in the presence of the trial participants, he publicly addressed the public prosecutor with rude and indecent words, as well as expressions that humiliate his professional honor and dignity.

This was regarded as disrespect to the court through insulting the participant in the proceedings.

The defendant fully admitted guilt and repented.

Taking into account the data on personality, state of health, mitigating circumstances and the absence of aggravating circumstances, the court imposed a fine.
