A resident of the Kursk region paid 150 thousand rubles for fraud with payments

The bailiff collected a criminal fine of 150 thousand rubles for fraud when receiving payments. A 35-year-old resident of the Lgov district of the Kursk region was found guilty by the court.

The man learned that citizens who were forced to leave their places of residence and lost basic necessities were paid. He turned to them and gave them false information. For several months he received money without legal grounds and spent on personal needs.

In imposing the punishment, the court took into account the full admission of guilt, compensation for damages and the presence of young children. The man was fined 150 thousand rubles.

The executive document was received by the bailiffs' department in the Lgov district. The bailiff notified the debtor of the initiation of proceedings and warned about the possible replacement of the fine with another punishment for malicious evasion. He was also restricted from traveling outside Russia. As a result, the fine was recovered in full.
