Resident of Revda bit off the tip of the nose of a passer-by and went to prison for hooliganism

A resident of Revda attacked people for hooligan motives. This was reported by the press service of the Lovozersky District Court.

In December 2025, a drunken man was riding in an elevator with another man and just swearing. On the street, he also behaved aggressively: he kicked the victim in the back, grabbed the throat and bit off a fragment of the tip of the nose. Because of this, the person’s face was irreversibly disfigured.

In March 2026, in a shop in Revda, the defendant loudly listened to music from his phone and cursed. Another buyer made a remark. In response, the man twice punched him in the face, leaned on him, pressed him against the counter, grabbed his face and neck, threw him on the floor from a turn and kicked him on the head. The victim lost consciousness.

The court found the man guilty under articles of intentional infliction of grievous harm to health with disfigurement of the face and average severity of harm to health, both crimes are from hooligan motives. He was sentenced to four years of imprisonment in a general regime correctional colony with a one-year restriction of liberty.
