Residents of Amber and Pokrovsky warned about blackouts on October 16

In the Amber and Pokrovskoye village on October 16, electricity will be temporarily turned off. Restrictions are planned in two periods: from 09:00 to 10:30 and from 15:00 to 16:00. Each shutdown will last about 10-20 minutes.
