Residents of Arkhangelsk complain of cold in apartments

Residents of Arkhangelsk complain about the cold in the apartments, despite the start of the heating season. This is reported by the group “Arkhangelsk” in “Vkontakte”.

The editorial office appealed to the archangelotown from the district of Varavino-Factoria.

- It snowed in our wonderful city. And the house 30 on the street Postal tract from the beginning of the heating season sits without hot water and heating. The management company on all our applications and phone calls just says that everything is fine. And people, meanwhile, freeze, said the woman, adding that we are talking about LLC “Factoria-1”.

According to the group, such complaints are not isolated: they are received by both energy and the city administration.

The situation is jointly explained by TGC-2 and the city administration.

- Connection to the heat networks of industrial zone consumers continues. These are businesses, shops, offices and other non-residential facilities. During this process, the hydraulic regime changes, that is, the distribution of pressure and hot water flow through the pipes, the report said. — Now the specialists of the Arkhangelsk city heat networks continue to adjust the operating mode. Today, it is planned to gradually increase the pressure in heat networks with the connection of additional pumping equipment. In the near future, we will complete the adjustment of the hydraulic mode of the heat network, and the pressure in the system will normalize.
