Residents of Myadel, Pinsk and Vitebsk region complain of brown tap water. Who's responsible for the mess

Sometimes the last drop sounds loudest. There has been a lot of talk about water quality, but there seems to be no transparent solution. According to the results of the republican social research, more than sixty percent of Belarusians were satisfied with the work of housing and communal services. There's work to do. And how often to wash off uncomfortable questions to utility workers? When there seems to be no accident, and the figures with fat are not spilled water, but, for example, in the Meadel of taps - a complete disappointment. Local residents are splashing emotions and no longer count the money that has flowed behind the filters. However, the problem has already emerged from the banks of a particular district center. By the way, Myadel is not far from Narochi. Maybe it's more transparent?

Pure water Meadel only dreams. The one from the tap won't quench your thirst. Quite the opposite. And after drinking tea, the sediments remain.

It's not just scale, it's like rust. A little leaked and as if less smell. It takes a long time to drain... Well, it tastes the same. Taste is the aftertaste of iron.

And this is not the iron that can raise ferritin. No use. You'll even have to eat... We take the water of discord with us - it will be useful for us. Over the years, the locals have adapted: someone resigned and relaxed. Others are constantly experimenting with cleaning.

The coffee machine was already out of order - repair costs are inevitable. Plumbing changes color like a chameleon.

It looks like a stalemate. Impressions at the entrance are divided vyingly - and not only residents of the same house. It's boiling.

In Myadel there is a double water supply system. The city feeds mainly Baklai water intake - that is, wells. They say it's clear.

Vladimir Klimovich, head of the Myadel section of the Vileysky water canal: All wells have water up to 0.3 mg, all other indicators correspond. In general, there is no such issue with an increased iron content. But there are moments where we have such separate houses, where dead-end networks. Somewhere, sometimes, you have to wash. Not all new, let’s say, outdoor networks. And the networks inside the houses, too.

Does the water go bad on the way to the mug? The responsibility of the water canal ends at the entrance to the entrance. Housing is in charge of order inside. The house under discussion, for a second, half a century.

Vladimir Shabovich, Director of the enterprise "Myadelsk housing and communal services": The overhaul was carried out in 2013, but without affecting engineering systems. Roofing was made, entrance groups were made... To date, engineering networks have worn out.

But changing them is not in a hurry. According to the plan, the whole next year will be spent only on examination and design. Only in 2028 will the pipes inside the house be replaced. Now the system is washed - this should reduce the iron. Who is to blame and what to do – in the story of ONT.
