Residents of Serpukhov won the competition “Volunteers of the Moscow region”
Three activists from Serpukhov were among the best in the regional stage of the competition of leaders of the volunteer movement of the Moscow region – the second season of the project “Volunteers of the Moscow region”.

Their projects were highly appreciated by the jury, and the guys themselves proved that the youth initiative can change the urban environment and unite people.
Yulia Denisova presented the project “Step into Volunteering” for the competition. Its goal is to help beginners quickly get comfortable in the volunteer environment, understand its principles and find their direction.
Mikhail Noskov, Chairman of the Student Council of Serpukhov College, proposed a project dedicated to the integration of volunteer media content into existing student media centers.
Veronika Shestakova, a student of Serpukhov College in the direction of “Tourism and Hospitality”, developed the project “Gastronomic Map of Good Deeds”. This is a series of field tours, in which representatives of volunteer headquarters can exchange experience, get acquainted with best practices and build interregional ties.
The Moscow Region Volunteers contest serves as an important platform for young activists: it gives an opportunity not only to present their own ideas, but also to get an expert assessment, find partners and resources for implementing projects.
