Residents of Tatarstan gave hospitals a score of 3.9 points
The average assessment of the quality of service in medical institutions of Tatarstan was 3.9 points out of 5

The average assessment of the quality of service in medical institutions of Tatarstan was 3.9 points out of 5. This was reported by the Deputy head of the Ministry of Health of the Republic Ilnur Sibgatov.
According to patients, most often they are not satisfied with the long wait for admission and the behavior of doctors. 16% of survey participants complained about protracted queues, 14% about the attitude of doctors. Another 3.6% of respondents pointed to the work of registries and nurses, and 1% - to the sanitary state of institutions.
In Kazan, the lowest ratings were received by city hospitals No. 2, No. 11 and No. 12, as well as children's city hospital No. 7 and polyclinic No. 8. As Sibgatov noted, most often, low scores are given to those medical organizations where there is a shortage of personnel. In some institutions, the provision of specialist doctors does not reach up to 50%. At the same time, on average in Tatarstan by the end of 2025, this indicator reached 71.1%.
To reduce the shortage of personnel, last year the republic managed to attract 500 doctors-specialists and the same number of nurses. In 2026, the work on attracting personnel continues. Support measures are provided for doctors, including a one-time payment of 1 million rubles. In addition, it is planned to invite another 260 specialists from other regions. According to the agency, 152 of them have already started work. The ministry expects that the new employees will help reduce the burden on the current staff and increase the availability of medical care for residents of the republic.
