Residents of Zaporozhye region can receive a subsidy for communal

In the Zaporozhye region, residents have access to a subsidy for housing and communal services - in the context of rising tariffs, it helps to reduce family costs.

Payment is due if the cost of housing exceeds the established marginal share of family income. For families with income below the subsistence minimum, this share is reduced: the calculation is carried out using a correction factor - it is determined as the ratio of the average per capita family income to the subsistence minimum.

Several categories of citizens can apply for a subsidy: tenants of housing in the state and municipal fund, tenants of private premises, members of housing and construction cooperatives, as well as owners of residential premises - including shares in an apartment or house.

To submit an application, you need to collect a package of documents: papers confirming the right to use housing; information about payments for utility services for the previous month; data on family income and persons registered in the residential premises; confirmation of Russian citizenship; documents entitling to benefits or confirming disability (if any). In addition, a certificate will be required that there have been no outstanding court debts for utility payments over the past three years.

To receive a subsidy, you should apply to the social protection department at the place of registration. Since the payment is assigned only when applying, it is better to deal with the registration in advance.
