A resident of Michurinsk has achieved through the court payment for the third child

The Prosecutor’s office of the city of Michurinsk restored the rights of a local resident, who had previously been denied social support. This is reported by the supervisory authority.

During the check on the appeal of the 32-year-old woman, it turned out that she was wrongfully denied a lump sum payment in the amount of 300 thousand rubles provided for at the birth of her third child. The reason for the refusal was the child’s lack of registration at the place of residence of parents – the woman could not issue it for reasons beyond her control.

As a result of the inspection, the prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit with the requirement to establish the fact of the child's residence in the family and oblige to assign the due payment. The court granted the claim. The decision has not yet entered into legal force.
