In Nizhnegorsk district, a 35-year-old local resident was sentenced, who for a long time did not pay alimony for the maintenance of her children. This was reported in the Prosecutor’s office of Crimea.
The woman was found guilty of malicious evasion of payment of alimony. According to the agency, since 2017, she was obliged to transfer funds for the maintenance of two children born in 2009 and 2010. However, the resident of the district evaded this duty without good reason for a long time.
As a result, the total amount of debt amounted to about 1 million rubles. The court sentenced the offender to five months of forced labor with the deduction of 5% of wages into state income.
