The regional branch of the Social Fund refused to take into account the professional experience in education.

The Ministry refused to include in the special experience periods of activity as a senior counselor and educator of the extended day group in the Kitov secondary school.

The refusal was justified by the fact that during the work of the counselor, the woman combined duties with the post of teacher without occupying a full-fledged staff unit. The period of work as a teacher, the representatives of the Foundation did not consider it necessary to take into account due to the fact that the documents of the educational institution did not indicate its organizational and legal form.

During the trial, the court sided with the teacher. The refusal of the fund was found unreasonable.
