A resident of Voronezh Kalach complained to the prosecutor about the garbage and cleaned them up

After considering the citizen’s appeal during a personal reception conducted by the regional prosecutor Sergey Filipenko, the employees of the prosecutor’s office of the Kalacheevsky district organized a check of compliance with the requirements of the legislation concerning the state of container sites in the city of Kalach.

In the process of control measures, facts of non-compliance with the norms in places of storage of solid municipal waste were established. Several areas allocated for these sites were littered with garbage. In addition, one of the sites along with the containers installed on it did not meet sanitary and epidemiological standards.

Thanks to the use of the full range of measures of prosecutorial influence, the detected shortcomings were eliminated.
