A resident of the Izhemsky district Marina Istomin was found guilty of a fatal accident almost two years after the tragedy. The driver, born in 1985, pleads not guilty. The woman claims that she moved along her lane, did not violate traffic rules. At the same time, two people were killed in an accident, three were injured, including a motorist (who is now accused of a fatal accident).
Marina Istomina is going to seek her freedom, she conducted three independent examinations, appealed to various bodies, including a letter to the Kremlin.
It is worth noting that the motorists were sentenced to 4.5 years of colony settlement and compensation in the amount of 6.2 million rubles.
