The Leninsky district court of Kursk sentenced a 38-year-old local resident. She was found guilty of financing extremist activities.

The court found that in 2022, the woman knew that the organization was recognized as extremist and its activities were banned in Russia. Despite this, she made two money transfers to finance her work.

The court imposed a fine of 400 thousand rubles. The state confiscated funds used to finance illegal activities, as well as 10.4 thousand rubles - the amount corresponding to the value of the mobile phone from which the transfers were made.
