Resident of Izhevsk was convicted of debauchery with a 15-year-old schoolgirl
a 32-year-old man persuaded a minor to have sexual intercourse.
A resident of Izhevsk received a sentence for sexual intercourse with a 15-year-old schoolgirl, the joint press service of the courts of Udmurtia reported.
The crime occurred in July 2025, when the girl was visiting her brother. This was noticed by a 32-year-old previously convicted man living next door and prompted the minor to have sexual intercourse.
“In addition, on the same day the attacker committed lewd acts with the victim,” the press service noted.
The man was accused under Part 1 of Art. 134 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (sexual intercourse with a person under the age of sixteen) and Part 1 of Art. 135 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (debauchery). He admitted guilt.
The court sentenced a local resident to 2 years in a colony-settlement and a fine of 55,000 rubles. He was also ordered to pay the victim 300 thousand rubles of moral compensation.
