Resident Murino will be tried for the torture of his wife and four children

In Vsevolozhsk, a resident of Murino will be tried. The man is accused of two articles – “torture” and “failure to perform or improper performance of duties for the upbringing of a minor”, said the press service of the regional investigative Committee.

In the period from August 2023 to March 2026, the 38-year-old accused systematically used physical and psychological violence against his wife and 4 young children. He repeatedly beat his wife and children, created a family environment of constant fear.

During the preliminary investigation, victims and witnesses were questioned. The evidence collected was examined and all necessary examinations were carried out. Currently, the criminal case with the approved indictment has been sent to the court for consideration on the merits.
