Residents of Saransk told what time of day the most effective walking for weight loss

Residents of Saransk explained that the morning walk before breakfast encourages the body to actively consume fat. However, this does not mean that weight loss will go faster.

Evening walking after eating helps smooth out blood sugar spikes and is especially useful for those who sit a lot. A short walk in a calm step also relieves tension and improves sleep.

For weight loss, there is no better time of day, it is more important to walk regularly. Adults should gain moderate activity during the week.
