Residents of the Tavrychansk territorial department were helped with the execution of documents

The head of the Tavrychan territorial department Tatiana Shavro held personal receptions of citizens for a month. During the meetings, residents could ask for help in solving everyday issues and get the necessary clarifications.

One of the main areas of work was assistance in the preparation of documents. Citizens were helped to obtain extracts from house books, as well as to prepare certificates about the place of residence and family composition.

Special attention was paid to the elderly. They were provided with targeted assistance in processing payments upon reaching the age of 80.

In addition, during the receptions, Tatiana Shavro held explanatory talks on topical household issues. Work with appeals of residents remains one of the priority areas of the territorial department.
