In 2026, Russia canceled the registration of several foreign drugs that are used in oncology, autoimmune and other serious diseases. According to MSK1.RU, some of them have not been delivered to the country for a long time, and others may gradually disappear from the pharmacy range.
Among the funds left the market are Zeposia for the treatment of multiple sclerosis, Signifor for Itsenko-Cushing's disease and Remikeid, which is used for rheumatoid arthritis.
Also on the list were anticancer drugs and drugs for the treatment of HIV infection. But deregistration of a particular brand does not mean that patients will be left without treatment.
RNC Pharma Development Director Nikolai Bespalov noted that for most positions there is an adequate replacement, but the decision to switch to another drug should be taken by the attending physician.
Earlier, MK in Tula reported that in the Tula region there is a system of free drug provision for federal and regional beneficiaries. The regional Ministry of Health told who has the right to drugs, how to issue a preferential prescription and where to go if the right medicine is not in the pharmacy.
