About the rules of storage of products told in the Department of Rospotrebnadzor in the Tver region.

One of the rules is to observe the temperature regime. So, frozen products should be kept at a consistently low temperature (about 18 degrees below zero), chilled - at a temperature of about 0 to +4 degrees, and dry products are recommended to be stored at room temperature.

Another rule is to use the right packaging. For storage of opened products, the agency advises the use of food film or containers with a dense lid.
