A resident of Sudak was considered 12 years of work as an electric gas welder for early retirement

After the intervention of the prosecutor's office, a resident of Sudak was included in a special experience of 12 years of work with difficult working conditions. This was reported in the Prosecutor’s office of the Republic of Crimea.

Verification of compliance with pension legislation showed that the man submitted to the regional branch of the Pension and Social Insurance Fund an application for early insurance pension. According to the employment record, from 2003 to 2015 he worked as an electric gas welder and still works at the same enterprise, and this profession gives the right to a preferential pension. However, he was denied payment, citing the lack of confirmation of permanent employment.

To protect the rights of the citizen, the city prosecutor's office sent a lawsuit to the Sudak City Court, which accepted the arguments of the supervisory authority and satisfied the requirements. The pension authority was obliged to count unaccounted periods in a special seniority and appoint an early old-age pension from the moment of the emergence of the right. The Prosecutor’s Office continues to monitor the restoration of the applicant’s rights.
