Livestock Ryazan region showed an increase of 5% in nine months

Production of milk, meat and eggs in the Ryazan region continues to increase. According to the regional Ministry of agriculture and food, from January to September of this year in farms of all categories received 528,000 tons of milk. Over the year, the figure increased by 5.5%. The volume of meat production increased by 5.2%, reaching 112 thousand tons, and chicken eggs produced 1 billion 176 million pieces (an increase of 5.1%).

The development of the industry is carried out within the framework of the national project "Technological provision of food security". The growth rate of production in the region is ahead of the average Russian indicators.
