In the Leningrad region, they are looking for an executor to provide services for conducting laboratory studies of the composition and properties of wastewater and natural water to account for the quality of wastewater, industrial environmental control of Lenoblvodokanal State Unitary Enterprise and environmental impact assessment. The initial price of the contract is almost 400 million. There are two such announcements on the public procurement website.

The customer is the municipal unitary enterprise "Vodokanal of Leningrad region". The amount of the first tender is 104 965 168.02, the second – 296 501 880.36 а. Filing of applications ends on October 23.

The contract price includes taxes, duties and other mandatory payments of the Contractor, including certified consumables allowed in the Russian Federation.

Among the requirements for the contractor: the current ILC accreditation certificate for compliance with GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2019, issued by Rosaccreditation. Availability of regulations, standards, research rules and measurement methods, including sampling. Availability of test equipment, measuring instruments, standard samples and other necessary technical means and resources for the provision of services. Also, the laboratory should use the methods and measurement tools included in the scope of accreditation to determine the composition, properties and parameters of the customer's objects.

Laboratory studies of wastewater at Lenoblevodokanal facilities are carried out to control environmental pollution and comply with environmental standards. All this must be done so as not to harm nature.
