50-year-old Fedor Emelianenko said he was ready to hold a new fight

In an interview with representatives of the YouTube channel Red Corner MMA, the famous athlete spoke highly of his potential rival. Emelianenko called the American an outstanding fighter and a pleasant person with whom he had a brief conversation during his visit to Moscow. Also, the Russian veteran confirmed that he does not mind holding a full-fledged duel with John Jones.

It is worth recalling that the professional debut of Fedor Emelianenko in mixed martial arts took place in August 2000, and the official end of his sports career is dated February 2023. In the asset of the domestic athlete, there are 40 victories, 31 of which were obtained ahead of schedule, as well as seven defeats and one match recognized as invalid.
