Doctor Makhachkala "Dynamo" Murad Gireev provided medical assistance to the passenger of the plane, which became ill during the flight, the press service of the club.
The incident occurred during the flight of part of the team to gather in St. Petersburg on a regular flight from Makhachkala. In the air, one of the passengers became ill, Gireev responded to the appeal of flight attendants on speakerphone about the need for urgent medical care.
“One of the passengers in the air became ill. The guy from Derbent has heart failure. He flew to the Northern capital to find out the causes of the disease, which kept him in intensive care for four months <...> Gireev determined the patient had an attack of angina pectoris and provided the necessary assistance, including medication, the club said in a statement.
The club added that the actions of the doctor allowed to normalize the health of the passenger and on landing to transfer it to emergency doctors in a condition not life-threatening.
After nine rounds, Dynamo with 12 points is in seventh place in the RPL standings. In the next round, the team will play away on October 10 against Orenburg.
