Djokovic wins 102nd ATP career title
Serb won the final in Beijing Australian Alex de Minor, who refused to continue the fight in the second set

The former first racket of the world Serb Novak Djokovic became the winner of the ATP 500 tournament in Beijing.
In the final Djokovic met with Alex de Minor, the ninth racket of the world. The Serb won the first set 7-6 (7-3), and in the second the Australian refused to continue the fight, taking the first game. After the first set, both players took a medical timeout.
Djokovic won his 102nd ATP singles title (146 finals) and first since November 2025 (Athens). Only Roger Federer (103) and Jimmy Connors (109) have more titles.
Djokovic won all 34 career matches in this tournament. In Beijing, he took his seventh title (2009, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2026), this year the Serb played here for the first time in 11 years.
Thanks to a successful performance in Beijing, Djokovic, 39, will return to the top 10 of the world rankings.
Serb became the oldest player to reach the final of the ATP 500 tournament; he surpassed Federer, who reached the final in Basel in 2019 and beat de Minor there (6: 2, 6: 2). For Djokovic, it was the first ATP tournament final outside the top 10 rankings since Wimbledon 2018, when he beat South Africa's Kevin Anderson in the decisive match.
The winner of the tournament in Beijing will receive $764.75 thousand prizes and 500 rating points. The finalist will receive $411.48 thousand and 330 points.
