Adelia Petrosyan headed the rating of substitutes at the ISU Grand Prix
Also, the Russians have three first places in the list of substitutes in doubles and men’s singles. Spare skaters get the opportunity to speak in case of withdrawal of participants who have already received quotas
Russian Adelia Petrosyan headed the list of reserve skaters for the stages of the Grand Prix series, according to the website of the International Skating Union (ISU).
19-year-old Petrosyan leads with 204.16 points. Spare skaters are given the opportunity to speak in case of withdrawal of participants who have already received quotas.
Last week, Petrosyan took second place at the Challenger Trialeti Trophy tournament in Batumi.
In men’s singles, the first three places among the substitutes are occupied by Russian skaters Yevgeny Semenenko (292.09 points), Vladislav Dikidzhi (265.68) and Petr Gumennik (236.25).
The protocol of reserve sports pairs is also headed by the Russians: Anastasia Mishina and Alexander Galliamov (206.31), followed by Ekaterina Chikmareva / Matvey Yanchenkov (202.55) and Anastasia Mukhortova / Dmitry Evgenyev (189.94).
The ISU allows Russians to compete in neutral status, but so far they have a limited number of quotas for major tournaments due to the lack of rating points.
