Korean figure skater became ill after rolling at the tournament in Kazakhstan

South Korean figure skater Chu Hye Won became ill after performing in an arbitrary program at the junior tournament of the Denis Ten Memorial, which takes place in Almaty, TASS reports.

During the rental 15-year-old skater fell on the ice three times. As noted by “Match TV”, after the performance, the athlete received medical care and was taken under the arms from the arena.

Chu Hye Won scored a total of 138.07 points for the short and arbitrary program and took the final 14th place.

The entire pedestal at the tournament was occupied by the Russians - Alice Zaikina (206.05), Victoria Streltsova (200.99) and Alena Prineva (198.59).

The tournament takes place in Kazakhstan from 8 to 10 October.
