Russian juniors occupied the entire pedestal at the Denis Ten Memorial

Russian figure skater Arseniy Fedotov became the winner of the international tournament “Denis Ten Memorial” among juniors. Competitions are held in Almaty.

In total, Fedotov scored 251.68 points for a short and arbitrary program.

The Russians took the whole pedestal. Alexander Chmil was second (204,10), Gleb Kovtun – third (201,53).

Fedotov showed in the short program the result above the world record (91.38). However, it will not be officially considered by the International Skating Union (ISU) due to the neutral status of the Russians and the category of the tournament.

On the eve of women’s junior competitions, Russian women also occupied the entire pedestal. The medals were won by Alice Zaikina, Victoria Streltsova and Alena Prineva.

The tournament takes place in Kazakhstan from 8 to 10 October.
