Dynamo interrupted a six-game series of defeats in the KHL victory over SKA

Moscow “Dynamo” beat the St. Petersburg SKA and won the first victory in seven matches in the regular championship Fonbet KHL.
Dynamo quickly led 2-0 after goals by Artem Shvets-Rogovoy (2nd minute) and Nick Merkley (9), but Vladislav Semin played one puck by the middle of the second period (30). Merkley in the 48th minute again increased the gap to two goals, but the guests scored Matvey Short (49) and Vasily Atanasov (51), and the meeting went into overtime.
The winning goal in the 33rd second of overtime was scored by Pavel Sheng.
SKA lost the third match in a row and is sixth in the Western Conference, “Dynamo” – ninth.
The next matches of the team will be held away: SKA - with Cherepovets Severstal on October 13, and Dynamo - with CSKA on October 14.
