Dana White estimated UFC value
The head of the largest fighting league in the world estimated its value at 50 billion.

The president of the largest fighting promotion in the world UFC Dana White spoke about the beginning of the path to MMA and estimated the cost of the league to date.
“When I started this business, not many people believed it. So we bought the UFC for two million dollars. Let’s be honest, the UFC was bought for two million dollars. And if the Lakers sold for $12.5 billion, then the UFC is worth $50 billion, White said on The Diary Of A podcast.
Initially, the UFC had little hope. In 1993, the creators decided to organize a one-off tournament to determine the most effective martial art. However, the event was a great success and the organization began to hold tournaments regularly, but with more relaxed rules.
In 2001, the owners of the casino chain Station Casinos, Lorenzo and Frank Fertitta bought the league and appointed their longtime friend Dana White as CEO. Since then, the UFC began to actively promote in America and abroad, and by 2006 the organization was popular and was a great competitor to boxing, and the number of paid broadcasts often exceeded the one million mark.
Today, the UFC is the largest MMA promotion in the world, which holds its tournaments in dozens of countries. Many top fighters perform under the auspices of the organization and show a show that raises millions of dollars.
