Yelchanin Maxim Yelchin became the second in the regional weightlifting tournament

Weightlifter from Yelets Maxim Yelchin won a silver medal at the championship of the Lipetsk region among juniors under 20 years. The success of the athlete was reported in the Federation of weightlifting and weightlifting of Yelets (Spartak Olympic Reserve School).

The regional tournament was held on October 10 in Dankov and gathered the strongest weightlifters in the region. A student of the Eletsk sports school “Spartak” successfully coped with approaches on the platform and climbed to the second step of the podium.

The preparation of the silver medalist was handled by coach Alexander Tuleninov. The sports school congratulated the weightlifter and his mentor with a decent result and wished the athlete new records at future starts.
