FC Acron broke the bench during the match with Rostov

Football club “Rostov” won a crushing victory over “Akron” in the fifth round of the group stage of the RPL Path of the Russian Cup. The match, held at the Rostov Arena, ended with a score of 6: 1 in favor of the hosts. However, the attention of fans attracted the state of the bench of spare guests.

The press service of Rostov published a photo of the broken fence of the coaching bench and the bench, on which the members of the Acron team are located. The picture of the broken bench appeared during the meeting - by the 22nd minute the hosts brought the advantage to a large score of 3: 0.

“Spartak, Acron, guys, please leave our bench alone,” the Rostov club said in a statement.

This is not the first such incident at the Rostov stadium. Two years ago, Spartak coach Dejan Stankovic smashed the glass on the bench of the Rostov stadium during a game with Rostov, expressing dissatisfaction with the judges' decisions. The specialist was later fined.

The game on October 28 at Rostov-Arena began with the active pressure of the hosts. In the 6th minute Ronaldo opened the scoring in the match. In the 16th minute Daniil Chantalii doubled the advantage. In the 22nd minute, David Semenchuk increased the lead of the Don club. In the second half, the defeat continued: in the 46th minute Ivan Komarov made the score 4: 0, and in the 48th minute Danila Prokhin scored the fifth goal.

In the 53rd minute, Arseniy Dmitriev scored a prestige goal for the guests. In compensated time, Olakunle Olusegun put an end to the match, making the score 6: 1. The assistant made his debut for the main team Kirill Cheburakov.

Following the meeting, the Rostov club scored 12 points and secured a way out of Group D from first place. In the final match of the cup tournament, the team led by Dmitry Kirichenko will play away with Lokomotiv.
