Florball players of Karelia successfully started at the Championship of Russia, taking second place after the first round

In Fryazino, Moscow region completed the first round of the championship of Russia in florball among girls 13-14 years. The national team of the Republic of Karelia, consisting of young athletes born in 2015-2013, demonstrated an excellent game and took a confident second place.

Seven teams from various regions of Russia take part in the competitions, including Moscow, Arkhangelsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Leningrad regions, Krasnodar Territory and, of course, the Republic of Karelia. The Karelian team includes athletes from Petrozavodsk, Chalna, Shuya and Bryazha.

The Russian Florball Championship will be held in three stages. According to the results of the first round, Karelian florball players confidently settled on the second line of the standings, losing only to the team from the Nizhny Novgorod region.

The next stage of the competition is scheduled for January 2027, where the team of Karelia will continue to fight for the highest awards.
