FOC on Shuist: builders are finishing and waiting for a modular boiler room

The head of Penza Oleg Denisov reported on the construction of a sports and recreation complex on Shuist. According to him, the work on the site is in full swing. The gym has already installed engineering systems, the floor is filled with concrete screed. Internal finishing work is currently underway.

The contractor continues to lay out external communications. Sewerage and heating line ready. Water and electrical cables are scheduled for this week. A modular boiler house is expected to be delivered soon. The builders also intend to start pouring the foundations under it in the coming days.

In addition, the workers began to improve the surrounding area: equip access roads, pedestrian areas and sports grounds near the complex.

Denisov stressed that local residents are looking forward to this object. Its implementation is under special control of Governor Oleg Melnichenko. The builders are not behind the schedule, the delivery is scheduled for December of this year.
