HC Siberia exchanged attacker with Nizhny Novgorod Torpedo
Hockey club Siberia held a transfer with Nizhny Novgorod Torpedo

Yaremchuk first played in the KHL in the 2016/17 season for Yugra. During the performances in the league, the striker managed to play 336 matches. In addition to Ugra and Torpedo, he represented Avangard, Vityaz and Sochi.
Yaremchuk started the last championship in Sochi, after which he moved to Nizhny Novgorod. As part of Torpedo, the forward played 49 matches, scored five goals and recorded eight assists.
General Director of Siberia Lev Krutokhvostov said that the option with the exchange was discussed with Yakovlev. The striker wanted to continue without switching to a bilateral contract and saw the change as an opportunity to gain new experience. The Torpedo proposal was ultimately the right solution.
Yakovlev spent his entire career in the KHL with Siberia. For 382 matches, he scored 55 points, scoring 28 goals and making 27 assists. The leadership of the Novosibirsk club thanked the forward for his years in the team and wished him success in his future career.
The new player in Siberia is described as a younger and faster striker, able to create dangerous moments at the opponent’s goal. The club expects that Yaremchuk will help strengthen the attack and will bring the team points in the new season.
Earlier, MK in Novosibirsk reported that Siberia on the road defeated Sochi after a series of defeats.
