Parasportsmen from Kalmykia took bronze at the Russian Boccha Cup

In the Tula region, in the city of Alexin, the Russian Boccia Cup was held. These competitions gathered athletes with a defeat of the musculoskeletal system. The tournament lasted five days, and during this time 83 athletes from 23 regions played 11 sets of medals in the personal, doubles and team standings.

Representatives of Kalmykia, who are pupils of the sports and adaptive school of the Paralympic reserve, showed themselves worthy at these starts. In the doubles category, Kalmyk athletes managed to climb to the third step of the podium. Also, the bronze award in the individual standings was won by Ochir Boskhomdjiev.

In addition to the medal, Ochir received a valuable gift for participating in the championship. He was handed a gutter and a set of balls that will help the athlete in further training and preparation for new starts.
